PEPS To Do is a service of PEPS Media. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with a passkey; keep the devices it's on safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what apps and tokens you connect do.
• Use a real email address you can receive mail on: it's how you get back in if you lose your device.

Your content

What you put in PEPS To Do stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you (see the privacy policy). Don't use the service for anything illegal, to harm others, or to overload or attack it.

AI features

AI summaries, estimates and suggestions can be wrong. They are suggestions: check them before relying on them. Changes the assistant makes are shown to you first and can be undone for a day. The Free plan includes a daily number of AI actions, which may change.

Connected apps and the API

When you connect an app (like ChatGPT or Claude) or create an API token, it acts on your behalf with the access you chose. You can disconnect apps and revoke tokens at any time in Settings. Keep tokens secret. We may limit or block use that hurts the service for others.

Plans

The Free plan costs nothing. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price and terms before you pay anything, and the Free plan stays.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep PEPS To Do available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or lose anything. The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. We may close accounts that break these terms, after warning you where reasonable.

Changes and law

We'll announce important changes to these terms in the app or by email. Dutch law applies.
